How to Check Your Razer Gold Balance (2026 Guide)
A verified, step-by-step walkthrough to view your Razer Gold wallet balance on the web and in the mobile app โ plus what to do when the number looks wrong.
Open the Razer Gold website or app
On a computer or mobile browser, go to gold.razer.com. On a phone, you can also use the official Razer Gold app โ it's free and available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The site loads the public landing page first. You don't need to navigate anywhere specific yet โ the next step handles login.
Log in to your Razer account
Click the Log In button in the top-right corner. Enter the email address and password tied to your Razer account. If your account uses two-factor authentication (it should โ we strongly recommend enabling it), you'll receive a one-time code by email or through your authenticator app.
Once you're logged in, the page will reload to your personalized dashboard. Razer Gold and Razer Silver are tied to the same Razer account, so a single login covers both wallets.
View your balance on the dashboard
After login, you'll see two balance widgets near the top of the dashboard:
- Razer Gold โ your paid virtual credit (this is the number you usually care about). Displayed in your account's default currency, typically USD.
- Razer Silver โ your free loyalty rewards currency earned through the Razer rewards program.
The Gold balance updates in near-real-time. If you just completed a top-up, the new total should appear within 15 seconds. Pending redemptions (e.g. in-game purchases that haven't been confirmed by the game server) are not deducted until the game confirms them.
Open the transaction history (optional)
If you need a paper trail โ for expense reports, tax records, or to verify a missing top-up โ click your wallet balance or go to My Account โ Transaction History.
From there you can:
- Filter by date range (last 7 / 30 / 90 days, or custom)
- Filter by transaction type (top-up, in-game spend, refund, transfer)
- Export to CSV for spreadsheet or accounting software
Each row shows the date, amount, currency, partner game or service, and a unique transaction ID you can quote to Razer support if you ever need to dispute a charge.
Troubleshooting
"I can't log in โ I forgot my password"
On the login page, click Forgot password. Razer will send a reset link to the email address on file. The link expires after 60 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder, then verify the address is correct by trying to register the same email on a separate browser โ if Razer says "an account with this email already exists", the address is right and you should request another reset email.
"My balance shows 0 even though I just topped up"
Top-ups normally clear in under 15 seconds. If your balance is still 0 after 30 minutes:
- Sign out completely and back in. The dashboard can cache a stale balance.
- Check the transaction history (Step 4) โ if you see the top-up there, the credit is in the wallet but the dashboard header hasn't refreshed.
- If neither shows the top-up, the payment processor may have declined it. Check your bank or card statement for the charge. If the money left your account but Razer never received it, contact your payment provider first to dispute or trace the transaction.
"The balance looks wrong / I'm seeing charges I don't recognize"
First, verify the charges in transaction history match purchases you actually made โ partner games sometimes show abbreviated names. If you see a charge you don't recognize, take a screenshot of the transaction row (with the transaction ID visible) and submit a support ticket through Razer Gold's help center. Disputes are typically resolved within 5โ7 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Is Razer Gold the same as Razer Silver?
No. Razer Gold is a paid virtual credit you buy and spend on games and entertainment. Razer Silver is a free loyalty currency you earn through the Razer rewards program. They're tracked separately but both display on the same dashboard.
Where is the Razer Gold app available?
The Razer Gold app is on the Apple App Store (iOS 14+) and Google Play (Android 8+). You can also access the same wallet from any mobile browser โ no app required.
Does Razer Gold expire?
Razer Gold credits don't have a fixed expiration, but inactive accounts may be subject to a dormancy policy. For current terms, see Razer's Terms of Service. Many corporate reward programs use Razer Gold specifically because of its long shelf life.
Can I check my Razer Gold balance without logging in?
No โ for security, Razer requires authentication to view wallet details. If you've lost access to your account, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
