The vast majority of HR-tech platforms — and most traditional gift card vendors — offer between 50 and 500 brands. A dedicated 4-person team in Warsaw monitors every brand in the catalog. Each brand is re-verified quarterly: we test redemption, check delivery speed, confirm regional availability, and pull employee feedback. Brands that drop below our quality bar are removed or downgraded — and we notify affected customers in advance.
Most programs want a curated subset of the catalog, not the full 5,000+. The admin dashboard gives you granular control over which brands, categories, and reward types are visible per program, per region, or per employee cohort.
Enable or disable individual brands, whole categories, or specific regional catalogs for each program. The "Engineering Excellence" program might restrict to tech & learning categories; the "Sustainability Champions" program might restrict to eco-friendly brands only.
Some industries (alcohol, gambling, adult content, weapons) require brand exclusions. Set global brand denylists or per-program restrictions to keep your program compliance-ready.
The catalog automatically localizes per country — but admins can override the default catalog for any country, region, or office. Common use: default to local brands everywhere, with prepaid Visa as the fallback for thin markets.
