The problem with narrow catalogs

The vast majority of HR-tech platforms — and most traditional gift card vendors — offer between 50 and 500 brands. That sounds like a lot until you account for geography: half of those brands don't operate in any given country, and the ones that do are often US-focused. An employee in Kraków looking at a catalog dominated by US brands (Amazon US, Walmart, Target, Best Buy) can't actually redeem most of what they see.

Our 5,000+ brand catalog is different. We maintain direct integrations with local brand partners in every major market, so the Polish employee sees Żabka, Biedronka, Allegro, Empik, and Lidl in PLN. The Japanese employee sees Rakuten, PayPay points, and Amazon.co.jp in JPY. Nobody gets a US Amazon code that does'n work in their country — that's the most common failure mode of recognition programs, and we engineered it out.

Beyond gift cards: the full reward spectrum

A truly modern recognition program can't just be gift cards. Different employees want different things at different moments. A 25-year-old engineer wants a Steam voucher. A 50-year-old sales director wants a Michelin-star dinner. A new parent wants diapers. A sustainability advocate wants to plant trees. We add new brands every month. We remove the ones that stop working.

A wide catalog is only useful if every brand in it actually delivers a good employee experience. Here's how we keep quality high.

What our curation team does

A dedicated 4-person team in Warsaw monitors every brand in the catalog. Each brand is re-verified quarterly: we test redemption, check delivery speed, confirm regional availability, and pull employee feedback. Brands that drop below our quality bar are removed or downgraded — and we notify affected customers in advance.

  • Quarterly brand audits — every brand re-tested for redemption, delivery, and employee feedback
  • Monthly additions — we add 30-50 new brands per month, prioritized by customer requests
  • Local-team review — native speakers in 6 regions vet translations and brand descriptions
  • Customer-driven — if 10 customers request the same brand, we prioritize it
  • Auto-downgrade — brands that fail redemption rate or delivery time benchmarks get flagged automatically

You control who sees what

Most programs want a curated subset of the catalog, not the full 5,000+. The admin dashboard gives you granular control over which brands, categories, and reward types are visible per program, per region, or per employee cohort.

Per-program brand filtering

Enable or disable individual brands, whole categories, or specific regional catalogs for each program. The "Engineering Excellence" program might restrict to tech & learning categories; the "Sustainability Champions" program might restrict to eco-friendly brands only.

Compliance & brand-safety controls
